1) "You have me confused with someone else." = to think wrongly that a person or thing is someone or something else ("You think I? am someone else.") 2) "Why are you having me followed?" = to have someone followed (a type of passive sentence structure "to have something done") = to pay/hire someone to spy on another person 3) 'Kinda' is not a word. While native speakers may say 'kinda,' it's written 'kind of.'
