Thank you Steve! Anyway I'm from Philippines.. Last question, My boss is an Indian National and definitely we have a very big difference in pronouncing words. Do you think it's ethical for me to? sound like an Indian to? knowing that he is my boss. I found it very difficult to listen to his words. the way he stress the words,

It's been my experience that on a regular basis, my students who use English at work, for example, learn English more quickly because they are putting what they've learned into practice. Another scenario are those students who study in a course and are living with a family in? the US/Canada/UK for a month or so. That said, I have seen some students make great progress just because they love being able to watch movies and TV shows and listen to music in English.

In a typical scenario how soon can a person know how to speak in English? If? he or she practice it in a regular basis?
