Sure, you can say "The bloody cold man is struggling to stay warm." Saying "bloody cold" is common in British? English, but not really said in American English. Thanks for asking!

The cold man? = Der kalte Mann? Can i write: the bloody cold man? is struggling to stay warm, is this possible? Or ist it false.
