Yes, but it implies that the listener knows when this 'last time' is: I spoke to him last time? (I saw him / he came to my house etc.)

Hello, please Minoo can I use 'last time' to specify a time that I've done something ? for example can I say 'I spoke? to him last time' ?

It can be both. As I explain, if the intonation is rising, it is real question, and he? really wants to know if it is lunch time. He is not sure. If the intonation is falling like a statement, he is asking for your agreement that it is in fact lunch time.

Hi Manoo , I have one question. As per your video tutorial on question tags question tags replaces simple yes/no question and also reinforce the statement therefore listeners? agree with you right? After watching this video? as per my knowledge i under stood like this "suppose speaker is asking like that" it is lunch time .isn't it? means speaker is expecting yes answer from listeners" i am thinking that yes is right . I am eagerly waiting for your reply.please help me in this regard thanks
