Hi Alex. In Argentina, the? word Turf has been adopted to refer to horse races. As football, basketball, tennis, etc., turf is another sport (if you want to call it that way). Thanks & Greets, Marcelo

.Turf = look grass, there was the turf all over the park. The English turf is very famous in the continent . As the climate is very different here the air isn't humid and there is a scorching summer the turf is withering and turns yellow.
