In my humble opinion You and Coach Share (do you know him?) are, by far, the best among all? the Internet english teachers I could found. It's nothing but a pleasure watching your videos. But to be blunt... with a hair (and beard) cut you'll be the greatest. Am I using correctly the idiom"to be blunt"?
