A wonderful book I much appreciate. It's consoling and reassuring to hear these words from so long ago and yet so pertinent? to anyone today who has ever felt the power of philosophy.

I don't know why in certainty, but I guess that it shows the reactions of the students who are forced to study this classic, and someone very free like Thoreau must really irritate those who are? or who are like students who are caged in labyrinths of schooling, teachers, and god knows who else.

Why the? "dislikes"? This is such a great thing for the sight-impaired...why would anyone have a problem with it?
