Many thanks for the upload. Sharing my understanding of the Umm. I see the benefit coming from the physical vibration of the umming being like a massage for the physical brain. Looked at this way the benefits of an umming chant need not be? limited to the spiritual sphere. Consider, try out, allow time to experience and post. Thank you.

Good old Hermann Hesse... Cannot read in German, First time read? the book in Russian. Now listening it in English. Good old book reminds us about our reality.
