I searched for a video like this? after my Google Now wasn't able to understand that I was saying the word END instead of AND. Any tips?

Don't pronounce 'and' with a T. The voiced endings consonants of paired consonants are 'weaker', you might not hear it as firmly at the end of a word as you would at the beginning. But don't replace it with? the T sound.
