English Writing Workshop - Punctuation and Spelling

thanks for the concise to the? point video. I have one question re using "comma" before "and". I used to not using "comma" before "and". However, my teacher said that is wrong. Would you please comment on this? Is there any special case that a "comma" is actually used before an "and"?
