No! That would be like forcing yourself to eat 3 weeks of food in 1 day. You need to choose a few that you like and miraculously you will start noticing them in the movies and TV series you watch. Memorizing long lists? of idioms without associating them with a situation won't get you very far. A few good phrasal verbs for hand are: hand out, hand over etc. Another good one is "give me a hand" (please help me) take care my friend!

Hi Steve. Last time I asked you about building vocab and I got answer. Now I have another question. ===> When I look up some words, many of them have from a few to serveral different IDIOMS. For example, 'hand" it has "a big hand", "hand in glove" , "hand? over fist" and a lot more.!! Do I have to remember all that stuff of other words, besides finding the meaning Thank You
