The last paragraph should be the conclusion of text .But again the analyze of graph and also comparing with one another which is dedicated for paragraph 2 is continued? in this text .In conclusion we can have speculation about the reasons of reductions or increases .Or summarizing the main point .

Hi, All words (and numbers) are counted - words like don't are one word but do not is two words. Prepositions? are certainly counted.
