Hi Steve, I have been watching a couple of your videos so far. I really like them. I ran into a question that was bothering me for a while. How do u appropriately express to ur boss about an new idea u come up with of doing a certain work. E.g. Ur boss ask u to do ABC this? way, but u found another way is better. How do u say to her that will make her feel good instead of being offended. Thanks a lot !!!!
