You? are a pretty teacher ( Is that counted as a grammar lol ) . Well you are pretty, an intelligent, well done! I like it but why don you add no article, simply if they are talking about A, An or The they also have no article, don they ?

Eric? is an old friend is correct. This is because "old" starts with a vowel sound. I think we have a lesson about this, but maybe it is not yet on YouTube.
