The video is mainly about "used to" as a past habit/state, which is different than be/get used to. But very simply: "I am not used to the weather in Spain." "I am not getting used to the rain? in England." If you meant the negative of "used to" in the past then it would be: "I didn't use to..." (study much when I was younger)
