In the US, chem spraying was banned for awhile in the 70's, because of powerful government environmental controls. It all changed when the military got hold of chem spraying operations. As we all know, the military by virtue of being the military, can do pretty much what they want, as long as it doesn't leak out to the public. People are slowly starting to wake up. That is why they've switched to spraying at? night in some areas. When I was a child some 50 years ago, the skies looked different.

I agree, I've seen more traffic than usual in? the skies at night too. My neighbor said it seemed to have stoped when the video of the inside of a chemplane went viral. I suggested they probably got better at hiding it or they needed more black ops to fund their secret projects.

They spray at night now. As the intensity of spraying was becoming obvious and truthers were screaming it from the rooftops on YouTube, it now? seems that the spraying has slowed. This is NOT THE CASE at all. Take a look outside if you are able to see your skies (i.e. not living in a city). I live in the countryside and on very clear nights and moonlit nights you can clearly see the streaks across the skies. That's why by morning it is hazy
