Hi There's a sentence goes: I would appreciate it if you CAN replace it with a well-cooked dish. Why didn't you say 'COULD' instead of can? I see you mixed? the conditional in the given sentence.

However, i just don't understand when the young man in the coversation 4 (It is taking too long) said "Well, it's been 20 minutes since i placed my order. We've haven't received any appetizer or even any? drinks yet". The grammatical structure "We've haven't received.....!" is so strange. I wonder some grammar mistakes have occured.
