"What do we celebrate?" is by itself grammatical but it is not right in this context. The verb "do" implies an ongoing or regular action, as in "What do you eat every Sunday night?". As this celebration is a one-off celebration, "do" is not right. It? must be present-progressive ("are -ing"): "What are we celebrating?"

#1 should be "I'LL have the spaghetti." #2 should? be "What ARE we celebratING? #3 is not so often said but it is the right one.

I think i'ts 3: Friends old n new !! but honestly, I'm not sure TT? I dont think in sentence 1 need "the" be4 spaghetti for 2nd sentence, I think we should put "for" after "celebrate" !!
