Is it the American R your hearing, or a Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic R? If it's not the American R, then it's right! The other R sounds just like our T? and D between vowels.

Many? people think it's 'R' sound and they pronounce it as 'R' ,otherwise they cannot pronounce it.
