yes we have,? on limited areas like the economy or finance, we can actually bring our governments to the European Court of Justice and force them to comply with EU rules. Could I ask you from where exactly are you from? I can't decipher your accent.

Ok, just for completeness' sake: the EU has currently 27 member states which constitute a free trade area and have a common body of laws, 16 of these countries have? adopted a single currency, the euro, thus this region is called Eurozone (or euro area). ;-)
