Thank you for your answer? and lessons, I'm trying to follow it on your web site, they are funny and interesting. For me it's important to listen to English speakers with different accents. Perhaps is it better, in the same time, listen to the speaker and read the text.

Whether and if are the same thing. I believe "if" is a newer word chosen because it is easier and shorter.? "Whether" is not used as the first word in a sentence
