I guess the word is "pluralize". The message is that? you can?t change an uncountable noun from singular to plural. As an example, liquids are generally uncountable. You can not say "I want 2 milks". If you need "2", you should say "I want 2 glasses, cartons, bowls....of milk". However, people say "2 beers, please"...Here, in my country we also say in Spanish "2 cervezas" (2 beers)...I guess languages are flexible and in the end the way people talk becomes the way it is correct.

What about such words as hurry and fright? We could say "a hurry" and "a fright" but aren't those nouns what you called in? your video as "concepts"?

This is not directly linked to the video but could someone please answer this question as I'm losing sleep? Lol. In the sentence 'I saw him (to) run.' What function would the infinitive '(to) run' be performing? Is the? infinitive the object of the verb saw and him is the indirect object?
