IELTS Listening Practice: Losing Weight

it's strange this accent, listen to " weight" it was pronounced as wite, and "gain" as? gine is this true?

Thank you for providing listening practice for us although they are somehow way too difficult? to hear. I think session 4 sometimes is tougher and it's very likely that we will come up with this accent in the test :)
